Introduction to Our Agreement

Welcome to Smorgvullian. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to follow the rules outlined in this document. These terms establish a clear understanding between you, the customer, and our brand.

Geographic Scope of Operations

Smorgvullian is a dedicated local entity. We operate exclusively within the borders of Hong Kong. Our services, logistics, and customer support are tailored specifically for the Hong Kong community.

We do not accept orders from or provide deliveries to locations outside of Hong Kong. By using our site, you confirm that you are a resident of Hong Kong or are purchasing for delivery to a physical address within the region.

Ordering and Cash on Delivery (COD)

To simplify the process for our local audience, we utilize a Cash on Delivery (COD) system. This means you do not provide any payment details on our website. You will hand over the full payment to our logistics partner at your doorstep during delivery.

There are no hidden fees, service charges, or shipping costs added to your total. The price you see on your order summary is the exact amount you pay upon arrival. Because we do not handle digital transactions during checkout, we do not store your banking or credit card details on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

We prioritize a steady and reliable logistics flow. Once your order is placed, our team requires 2 business days for internal processing, which includes cautious packaging and handoff to our couriers. Following this, the transit time typically spans an extra 1 to 2 business days . Total fulfillment usually occurs within this window, excluding weekends and public holidays in Hong Kong.

So, our total delivery turnaround time to reach your product to your doorstep is 3 to 4 business days. We aim for consistency in our timelines so you know exactly when to expect your new shoes.

Order Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your order as long as the items remain within our warehouse facility. However, once the status of your order shifts to "Dispatched" and the package is in the possession of our third-party logistics partners, cancellation is no longer an option.

At that stage, the delivery process must be completed as scheduled. We encourage you to review your selection thoroughly before submitting your request.

30-Day Return and Inspection Process

We provide a 30-day return window that begins the moment your package is delivered. This period allows you to inspect your purchase for any issues. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at contact@smorgvullian.com. We will coordinate a pickup from your address at no additional cost to you.

Once the item is returned to our facility, our team conducts a thorough inspection of the product’s condition within 24 hours. If the inspection confirms a fault or an error on our part, we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or the item cannot be fixed, we will initiate a full refund.

Refund Procedures and Bank Transfers

Because our initial transaction is completed via COD, we do not possess your banking information. In the event of a refund, we will contact you via contact@smorgvullian.com to request your bank account details.

We process refunds exclusively through bank transfers. Once we initiate the transfer, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your specific banking institution’s processing times. We do not charge any restocking fees for processed returns.

Final Sale and Change of Mind

To maintain our operational efficiency, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind.

We ask that you remain certain of your purchase regarding style and size before placing your order. This policy ensures we can continue offering our services without additional overhead costs.
